I came across these slides on Slideshare today by Greg Meyer, at the time he was a member of the Salesforce Customer WOW team. Some of the tips raised are really simple and intuitive but make a significant effect on the experience customers have when they encounter our organizations. As they say, sometimes, we know what to do but are simply too busy doing ‘bigger’ things that we ignore the little things that could make all the difference.
As a customer service or experience leader, it sure helps to provide resources of this nature to our fellow team members to expose them and spur their thoughts as to how they can consistently deliver the ‘wow’ to the customers they encounter on a constant basis. Without further ado, here we go.
